Our software drafts the grade. A HomeCloud project manager checks it and sends it to you, with the questions to ask your contractor. Upload Friday to Sunday and it arrives by end of day Monday.

How we get paid
We only get paid when we save you money.
We charge 25% of what we save you on the same job. The more we save you, the more we earn. That's the opposite of how most of this industry works.
- Pick a lower quality, and we charge nothing on that difference.
- If a smaller fix solves the problem, we charge 10% of that difference and guarantee the fix for 12 months.
- We set our price before we look at theirs.
- We start within 7 business days. Miss it, and there's no fee.
- Don't hire us, and you pay nothing.

Good deals are out there. Contractors have different costs and run their businesses differently. If your quote is fair, we say so, and we publish how often that happens.

Questions
Does the grade really cost nothing?
Yes. You only pay if you hire HomeCloud. Then the fee is 25% of what we save you on the same job, nothing on a lower quality you choose, and 10% of the savings when a smaller fix we guarantee does the job.
Is this a home inspection?
No. We grade the quote from what you upload. We haven't seen your home, and hidden conditions can change what's needed.
Will you share my information?
No. Your grade is private. We never publish or sell your name, address or contact details. We do use the prices and work in your quote, without your personal details, to build fair-price data and grade contractors. You can black out personal details on the quote, as long as the contractor's name and prices stay visible.
Why would a contractor grade other contractors?
Because a fair, clear price wins more jobs than pressure does. When we can do it for less, we'll offer. When we can't, we'll tell you.
